Govt stopped hajj subsidy

Thousands of Muslims who make their yearly pilgrimage to Haj, will not be entitled to any subsidy anymore, the government has said today.

"Muslims didn't benefit from it. Development with dignity is what we believe in. The subsidy will be used for educating girls," union minister Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi said.
